Browse Moments like a local
Use Browse → Moments to discover hangouts and real meetups.
- 1. Tap Browse → MomentsFrom the main tab bar, open Browse and select Moments.
- 2. Scroll recent hangoutsCards show captures from people and circles near your community.
- 3. Tap to expandExpanded view shows full capture and shared history rail when applicable.
- 4. Follow hosts you would meetFollow from the Moment if you want more of their hangouts in feed.
- 5. Save interesting MomentsBookmark to revisit before inviting friends to a similar event.
Steps at a glance
Browse → Moments is how you discover real hangouts near you — campus study breaks, Buea creator pop-ups, night market meetups after live streams. This is discovery by proof, not ads.
Screenshots below match the current iHolda consumer app. Merchants use Cartpo for register and catalog; you do not need Cartpo to complete this flow.
Walkthrough
Tap Browse → Moments
From the bottom tab bar, open Browse and select Moments. The grid loads recent captures from people and circles in your community.
If the grid is empty, follow more local accounts or check location settings in Profile — Moments need people you are connected to.
Scroll recent hangouts
Each card shows a thumbnail, host, and rough context. Scroll slowly; titles are less important than who posted and whether you share history.
Look for hosts you would meet at Mile 17 or UB — not just polished frames. Short messy captures often mean real IRL energy.
Tap to expand
Expanded view plays the full capture and, when applicable, shows the shared Moments rail at the bottom.
Scrub the rail to see days you both posted — Met 4 days ago helps you decide whether to DM about an upcoming Join2Save or event.
Follow hosts you would meet
Follow from the Moment header if you want more of their hangouts in feed. Follow is lighter than joining a squad — good first step.
Avoid mass-following every card; curate people you would recognize at a night market or campus gate.
Save interesting Moments
Tap save on Moments you might show friends when planning a similar hangout or shop run.
Revisit saves before creating an event — proof that a venue worked for someone you trust speeds RSVP yeses.

After you finish
Log out and back in once if balances or invites look stale — sync can lag a minute after web checkout or large squad updates.
Share what worked with one friend in Buea or campus chat; friend-led discovery beats guessing from empty feeds.
